Use of this website
This website is operated by Albuquerque Courtesy & Parking, LLC (“ACP”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Service inquiries are not a contract
Submitting a contact form, calling, or emailing us creates an inquiry — not a service agreement. Patrol coverage begins only after a written service agreement has been signed by both parties.
Accuracy of information
We do our best to keep the information on this website accurate. We do not guarantee the absence of errors. We may update or remove content without notice.
Intellectual property
All website content — text, layout, graphics, and code — is owned by ACP or its licensors. You may view and share links to our content; you may not reproduce or republish it without written permission.
No warranty
The website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
