Albuquerque Courtesy & Parking, LLC (“ACP,” “we,” “our”) provides courtesy patrol, dispatch response, and digital reporting services to residential and commercial properties in and around Albuquerque, New Mexico. • Patrol records. When officers patrol a property under contract, we record GPS coordinates, timestamps, and photographs of the patrolled areas. We do not collect personally identifying information about residents unless they directly request our help.
• Dispatched call records. When residents or property managers call us, we record the caller's phone number, the nature of the call, and what happened on site. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
• Website usage. Our website may set basic cookies for session continuity. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

• To deliver patrol services and digital reports to property managers.

We do not sell your information. We share patrol records and incident reports with the property managers and owners who contract our services. We retain patrol records and incident reports for as long as necessary to operate our service and to comply with our contractual obligations to property owners. Contact-form messages are retained for a reasonable business period and then deleted.
