Albuquerque Courtesy & Parking, LLC (“ACP,” “we,” “our”) provides courtesy patrol, dispatch response, and digital reporting services to residential and commercial properties in and around Albuquerque, New Mexico. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.abqacp.com, contact us, or interact with our patrol services.

Information we collect

  • Contact information. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the property information you provide.
  • Patrol records. When officers patrol a property under contract, we record GPS coordinates, timestamps, and photographs of the patrolled areas. We do not collect personally identifying information about residents unless they directly request our help.
  • Dispatched call records. When residents or property managers call us, we record the caller's phone number, the nature of the call, and what happened on site. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
  • Website usage. Our website may set basic cookies for session continuity. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use your information

  • To respond to inquiries you send through the website or by phone.
  • To deliver patrol services and digital reports to property managers.
  • To respond to dispatched calls from residents and managers.
  • To maintain records of incidents for property owners' files.
  • To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share patrol records and incident reports with the property managers and owners who contract our services. We may share information with service providers (for example, our email-delivery vendor) strictly to operate the service. We will disclose information when required by law.

Retention

We retain patrol records and incident reports for as long as necessary to operate our service and to comply with our contractual obligations to property owners. Contact-form messages are retained for a reasonable business period and then deleted.

Your choices

  • You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided through the contact form by emailing info@abqacp.com.
  • You can opt out of receiving non-transactional email from us by replying with “unsubscribe.”

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a unique password and a current browser when interacting with our services.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
